Culver's App Reviews

I love Culvers. Their app is nice. It gives you access to see all of their menu items, which is nice, but the main reason I got the app was to see the flavor of the day near me... But it is never right. I dont know if it is just my location, or if the problem exists elsewhere, but its definitely disappointing.

The new tab with the bell has nothing on it. Is it suppose to?

I have local metro Culvers locations saved in "My Locations", but when I click to see the flavors of the day at these locations, theyre all identical. Scroll the list up and back down again, now theyre all different. Completely untrustworthy. This app has been updated many times, but it never gets any better, just worse. Culvers needs to hire a new app developer and redesign this thing from the ground up.

I used to be able to check which culvers was on my way while I was driving, now I have to type in a city to bring them up. Its not possible to type in every city when youre driving across country. Bring back the old map where I can see every restaurant in the country and just zoom in to the next closest one. PLEASE!

Says allowed to enter 3 times daily. Thats a joke. Cant enter even 1time.

This app only wants to give me Wisconsin locations unless I specifically put in a city or zip code. For example where is my favorite flavor at today. 20 min away in Wisconsin and I live in south central Ky

My local Culvers isnt even shown. The app cant find where I am and in turn, doesnt show the nearest restaurant. Plus it keeps wanting to put me in Wisconsin, which is hours away! Was really hoping this would work as I am off on a driving vacation.

List of locations to choose from doesnt show any less than 2 hours away even though there are 3+ in my city.

Crashes every time I try to open the menu.

Since I picked favorite locations, I hoped this updated version could use those to search for my favorite flavor custard. Unfortunately it still uses the home store, in Wisconsin, as default unless you allow it access to your location services.

It would be nice if when you clicked on the flavor of the day you were taken to that favors description rather than the list of all flavors where you then have to search for the flavor you want to read about. Also, the flavor displayed on the home page for my nearest location is wrong until I click off that page and then return so it can reload.

Bring the music notification back. Now, I always miss the flavor of the day on my phone!

The only thing you can do is find the nearest Culvers and look at a menu. Waist of time. I would give it a Zero Stars but it wont let me.

App is super easy to use on the iPhone! I chose my fav "flavor of the day" selections, added them to my local Culvers, and now whenever a flavor I enjoy is available, it alerts me. Plus you can browse the menu...you know, just in case you actually decide to order something different than your usual!

Ive upgraded this app several times but the stuff that needs fixed is never fixed. Nearest location sends me to Sauk Trail Wisconsin no matter where I am, which is usually illinois. My favorite Culvers also seems to be stuck in Wisconsin as well. Only reason this gets 2 stars is that I can access My Culvers to see whats up at my local stores.

Before and after updating it crashes constantly.
